A: Our throw pillows are available in two versatile sizes: 18"x18" and 22"x22". Dog pillows come in 22"×26"×6" and 30"×36"×8", designed for small to large breeds.

Q: What are your pillows made of?
A: We use premium performance fabrics from world-renowned mills including Perennials®, Loro Piana Interiors, and Schumacher. All materials are selected for their durability, texture, and refined aesthetics.

Q: Are your pillows suitable for outdoor use?
A: Yes. Our pillows are both UV-resistant and California fire code–compliant, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor living.

Q: Are the pillow covers removable?
A: Some of our throw pillows feature hidden zippers and removable covers for effortless cleaning or seasonal updates. Others are expertly sewn closed for a seamless, tailored look—these are not removable. Please refer to individual product descriptions for details.

Q: Is the insert included?
A: Every pillow includes a luxurious, high-quality insert for a full, plush feel right out of the box. Our inserts are made in the USA and filled with a premium blend of 75% feather and 25% down for the perfect balance of structure and softness.


Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I clean the pillows?
A:We recommend that pillows be spot-cleaned, depending on the fabric. Please refer to the individual care labels for specific instructions. Inserts should be fluffed regularly to maintain shape and can be spot cleaned as needed.

Q: Are your fabrics stain-resistant?
A: Yes. We use performance-grade fabrics that are naturally resistant to spills, stains, mildew, and fading.


Orders & Shipping

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All products are designed in our Paris atelier and expertly handmade in the USA, combining European artistry with American craftsmanship.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders above 200$. All orders are being shipped for our Florida warehouse.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your items are on the way.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Return shipping is free within the continental U.S. Just contact our team, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
